Basic Team Information Management
1 Introduction
Basic team information serves as the "identity card" for cross-team collaboration in Linkincrease. Clear and standardized team information can significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of cross-team collaboration, avoid identity confusion and docking errors, and lay the foundation for the smooth progress of collaboration among upstream and downstream partners in the supply chain.
Basic team information includes four core elements: team avatar, team code, team name, and team short name. Each piece of information plays an exclusive role in external collaboration, with specific explanations as follows:
2 Basic Team Information Management
2.1 Team Avatar
It supports uploading the company LOGO as the exclusive visual identifier of the team. If no custom settings are made, the system will generate an avatar by default using the first character of the team name. As a visual identifier, it enables external collaborators to quickly identify the team in the multi-team list, enhances brand recognition, and improves the visual memory points in collaboration. 
2.2 Team Code
Each team has a unique exclusive code assigned by the system, which serves as the core identity identifier of the team on the platform. It can not only be used to accurately locate the target team via the team code in scenarios such as initiating cross-team tasks and associating collaboration spaces (avoiding docking errors caused by duplicate team names), but also act as the core credential for collaboration invitations. External teams can initiate collaboration invitations by entering this team code to quickly establish cross-team supply chain collaboration relationships. 
2.3 Team Name & Short Name
Team Name: It is the full official name of the team. It is recommended to include key information such as the affiliated entity and core business, enabling external collaborators to quickly clarify the team's affiliated entity and core business direction, providing a clear basis for the division of powers and responsibilities in cross-team tasks, and avoiding confusion of collaboration objects. Short Name: It is a concise alias for the team, which can be customized according to business scenarios. In scenarios such as daily task docking, email collaboration, and high-frequency communication, using the team's short name can reduce the communication cost caused by the lengthy full name and improve the efficiency of cross-team information transmission.
